    • Donations: If you choose to donate via the “Donate” button on the Site, you will be directed to PayPal to complete the transaction. We do not collect or store your payment card or PayPal account credentials — this is handled entirely by PayPal in accordance with PayPal’s own privacy policy.

    • Correspondence: If you email us or communicate with us directly, we retain that correspondence and any information you provide in it.

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we (and our service providers) may automatically collect:

Important note about breeders and buyers: Canadian Breeders Online is a directory only. We do not rate, recommend, endorse, or vet breeders, kennels, catteries, or their breeding stock. Any transactions, communications, or agreements you enter into with a breeder found through the Site are strictly between you and that breeder, and are not covered by this Privacy Policy once you leave the Site or contact a breeder directly.
